I can't believe we're 3 months into the year already! Still, I am beyond excited for spring and more sunshine. This month's installment of 3 For Me includes a thriller of a read, an amazing Italian meal, and my go-to hair product for beachy waves.
Book: Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

This book was recommended to me by my gal pal Whitney. I was looking for something out of my typical getting to know thy self/psychology books and this was the perfect solution. Talk about a page turner! This book kept me up late into the night with all the twists and turns in this husband & wife drama. I'm so excited for the movie to come out! I highly recommend this as a quick read and if you're looking for a thriller/mystery.

 Restaurant: Sodini's

A co-worker of mine always raves about Sodini's! Her and her husband go there 2-3 times a week.  So when the beau and I were walking around North Beach looking for a spot to enjoy our date night, we decided we had to give it a try. OMG! Not only is the food amazing but the old-school atmosphere and staff made you feel like family. I loved having the crayons and paper to play a few rounds of hangman before our meal came out. I enjoyed the gnocchi and the beau had their lasagna, which were both flavorful and hearty. Next time we're thinking of getting a pizza since they looked delicious too.

I received a bunch of comments/emails/questions about my hair in this post. I have naturally wavy hair so when I'm feeling extra lazy, I typically have my hair wavy. To keep it from becoming unruly, I'll towel dry my hair so it's damp and not soaking. Spray 4-5 pump of Surface 'Swirl Sea Salt Spray' all over and then use my diffuser and blow dryer till it's almost dry. 1-2 more sprays and a little hand scrunching and I'm all done.

My stylist recommended Surface spray to me when I was complaining that my old sea salt spray was making my hair heavy and crunchy. I'm obsessed! Not only does it smell good but it's perfect for making my naturally wavy hair look like effortless beach hair. Win/win!

So you agree... March wasn't too shabby
